3.1 To complete your registration details on the practitioner directory, as part of the registration process, you will be asked to provide details of your name and address, the name of your business, business address, business phone number, occupation, qualifications and the name of the association/regulatory body you are (or were) registered with plus other information as applicable. This information is used to enable potential clients to choose your services. It will not be retained or used for any other purpose except to inform you of listing renewal dates and other information important to you as a listed professional. 

3.2 We reserve the right to terminate your practitioner listing at any time if you breach any of these terms and conditions, if your provided information is found to be untrue and/or unverifiable and if your account in in arrears or if renewals payments are not made.

3.3 You agree to ensure that your registration details are true and accurate at all times. You must notify us of any change to the registration or any other details as originally supplied.

3.4 It is an offence to claim registration if such registration has been cancelled or withdrawn for any reason. If you are no longer registered in a certain field you MUST indicate that you were FORMALLY registered and are therefore no longer practicing in the field without registration / licensing, as required by the terms of your own college, association or health authority.

4.1 There is NO stated or implied guarantee of quality of service for any practitioner or business listed in this directory.

4.2 Canadian Online Directories, their staff or anyone associated with Canadian Online Directories and/or this directory can NOT be held responsible for the quality or lack thereof of any practitioner, service provider or business listed.

4.3 If you choose to deal with any practitioner or business listed on this directory you do so entirely at your own risk. You should do all the appropriate due diligence to ensure that the practitioner / service provider you select and work with is right for you and your personal needs and wants. We can not be held responsible for any outcomes be they positive or negative.

5.1 This website is provided for informational purposes only and to connect practitioners with clients. This website does not constitute medical advice.

5.2 It is the responsibility of the user to choose which practitioners they want to connect with.
